Something is wrong with this app it worked fine when I first installed it about a month ago added my name to a waitlist was never contacted to let me know that I was able to come in to do to do business with the company or anything and also now when I open the app nobody has a wait list you cannot add your name on to a waitlist and I was never given any type of notification that for me to come in and do business there was nobody in front of me on the wait list it was just me. Not kosher!!!!!!!

Love love love it.they have the most trendy stuff ❤️ perfect pricing. Cool designer stuff. Service is excellent. I moved out to Florida palm beach they don't have anything like crossroad. Please open in palm beach or boca raton. I had to come 3 weeks ago to shop in crossroad. I promise you will walk out of there a bunch of stuff for great price. So go right know enjoy shopping at crossroad!!!

Absolutely ZERO consistency. They buy basedon whatever that employee feels like buying that they like.You just have to cross your fingers and hope the employee likes what you are trying to sell and it's in a good mood. They pay out less than a Pawn Shop would. They say they pay out around 25-30% of what they would sell the item for. Not what the item is worth. What that employee at that moment feels the value is. They aren't bad people just a severely flawed system and absolutely no flexibility
