Support is unacceptable for trading service - they regularly charge wrong side of failed trade, they are usually ok with reverting the charge but don't bother investigating or explaining why they sent wrong charge and just blame you instead, if you have a lot of trades and don't carefully track ines you are not responsible for (like not delivered by seller) you are at risk of wrong charges, account status drop and eventual block

Hi, This is a good app, but there are a few points I don't understand and find quite frustrating. Firstly, when I purchase multiple items, I repeatedly receive emails confirming the purchase. However, when I go to the app's "Trades > Purchase" section, nothing appears. I have to kill CSFloat process, reopen the app, and then the skins appear for acceptance. Why is there no refresh button within the app itself? Secondly, why does the mobile app require a "check skin in game" button?

Very good app, I just have two issues. If these are fixed I would give it 5⭐. 1. "(1) Action required" in app notification. This in app notification takes a long time to disappear, and sometimes never does even though you have completed the action. 2. If you change your phones text size, the "Trades" section is practically unreadable since all the trades overlap text or don't show parts of it
