Did what was asked relating to logging in with temporary password. Doesn't work for me. Maybe because my wife's the main account via online banking even though it's originally my account? Frustrating to say the least, especially since it doesn't seem all that secure of a way to log in "for the first time in the new app" maybe just let us use our log in and send the one time code in text like usual. Very weird way to begin signing in to the new app. 👎 1 ⭐ until I can access my account again.

Already issues with the new app as soon as I downloaded it. Can't even access my account because it didn't recognize my password, and when I try to reset it, it tells me my security question answers are wrong. They're correct. Pretty weird whenever apps tell you that you have to completely delete the old app and download a new one with no warning whatsoever. Why not just have installed updates and send out notifications when you're going to be updating? This is questionable and aggravating.

Just a wrapper to the webapp. the same view and functionality. I have a business account and it just seems clunky to me as an app, when I get the same experience from Chrome. IMO, the best android app for mobile banking is Ally. they really nailed giving the user what the user needs in the mobile app. dev team should have personas for their dev stories - what does an individual and a business user of the app need front and center? why are they opening this up? make it about the experience.
