6 Months. It took 6 months to "find" my account. Had to repeatedly enter it over and over again, use the mail that they sent me for the bill, still didn't work until I went onto an actual computer to input everything. And it still had trouble with the next step. Finally, about to give up, I went onto my iPad and downloaded the app and I was able to at least progress a little further. At least enough to get started on my account. It shouldn't have taken 6 months 🤦🏾♂️

It does as it says it would. just annoying that it says biometric scan to enter and every time, it's off and have to re-enter it over again. Not a heavy criticism, just a pet peeve.

painfully slow and terrible. takes 5 minutes to login, multifactor is email only, even the most basic apps allow for biometrics. this app was not designed well, I suspect it's a web application wrapped in an android app wrapper. please try again. also forced me to reset my password and while doing so I got no confirmation that it actually changed. it just sat on the same page with no updates.
