Started from a dream to work for himself, Spec Jackson and his wife opened the first tiny store
in 1962. This story is still being written with over 170 locations across the state of Texas and
owned by the same family. Spec’s prides itself on giving the kind of customer service you
deserve and awesome prices and selection too. We can’t wait to meet you!

We have separated our products into three main categories: Eat, Drink, and Finer Things; each
main category is then divided into subcategories for your browsing convenience! You can refine
each category based on size, origin, price, and more.

Ratings and reviews

the app doesn't list the spec's closest to my home, which is less than a mile away; the nearest store it lists is 17 miles. on top of that, it thinks I live in Houston — 2 hours from me. (my GPS is set to "high accuracy"; location function works fine on other apps.) and it won't take updates to my profile—says "update successful," but the information remains unchanged. app is completely useless to me. primitive.

The app does not seem accessible for Android phones with the TalkBack speech program for the Blind and Visually Impaired. It does not reset your password upon signing up. It has two options for signing in and signing up, but it will not assign you a password. This is the problem that I am finding with the app. Also, it does not specify whether specs delivers via the app or not.

The search function is mediocre, there's a weird little loading animation with sound when you open the app that I think one can do without, and the login part of it won't work even when you have the correct user/password. Spec's needs to do better with their digital stuff and rewards program.
