App only shows white screen when you open it most times. When I am finally able to scan a painting it then shows white screen. I closed the app and opened it again and that's when I got the painting info screen. After going through this 3 times in Ruby Bridges room I stopped using it.

The app is awful. I installed, deleted and re-installed it several times and each time I opened it, I only got a white screen. The employee at the ticket desk was of no help to me at all.

Standing here in the museum having purchased new buds just for this trip & to work with the app :0/ As others have described the app is super glitchy & mostly useless!
