I regret updating my app. The glitches are so bad, they literally close my app. I can't access the loyalty rewards - at all, so I'm missing out on the points for the cochella game and any other away games. Worst of all, I can't access my tickets, I have to get them from the AXS app. Oh, and it randomly glitches and closes as I'm listening to the game *smh* I know what you're trying to do, and the idea is very much appreciated, but maybe a beta test first could have helped work out the bugs

The app worked great until I updated it. Now it keeps crashing on a Samsung S23Ultra

App keeps crashing on my android when I try to access my tickets. Wasn't able to show my tickets at the door. Someone else with an iphone had to download app and show tickets. I have un-installed app, restarted phone, updated phone, downloaded "new" Reign app and it just keeps saying the app has a "bug"
