Something changed for the worst when scanning. Now, since the update, there is a small window that pops up that you have to get whatever you are scanning to fit in. If, for example, a barcode is not small enough to get closer and still fit in this new small window, then nothing will scan at all. This was not an issue before, and there was no window that you had to try to fit a scan in. Please change this back and remove this unnecessary window scan that you can't expand or remove. Thank You.

Older app worked better. Doesn't register my deliveries right away when it finally does it shows up a late delivery or shows incomplete. Then get phone call asking why I'm not doing my job. I suggest go back to the older one or something different. I've been in business for 22 years and never had this many issues with an app. Thanks.

Yay, now the update in 09/2022 is doubling (perhaps more) the amount of times the program crashes after taking photos and geo tracking just spins and spins and spins like a merry-go-round on roids. No need to reply, I have seen my own and other reviews, the buck is passed off as problems the phones, we can afford, cause not the program at all.
