I gave this a shot and actually won a prize (after using nearly $60 worth of credits). It took nearly a month until they shipped my prize and it's been almost 2 months after. In total, it's been a whopping 3 months. I reached out to contact support (twice now) about updates regarding my prize and I still haven't heard anything back from them at all.

The price of points has increase when I started it was 5000pt for $5 now its $7. There are less play tickets being given out they use to give daily tickets and multiple tickets some events. The machines are more difficult than ever it takes over +$60 to win a $20 plush. The shipping times of prizes is too long sure its free but waited over 4 months to receive one prize when it a few years ago it would only take a couple of weeks.

I've won a couple things. shipping is free once a week, which is nice, and there are promotions for free play tickets every once in a while, which is fun. But, it can be super laggy, so beware if you have slow internet. I've had games where the camera or crane arm are messed up, didn't realize it until I started to play, and they wouldn't refund my tickets. After the free ticket promotion is over, I will probably ignore the app again for a while, personally.
