Trying to register, the OTP does not come through via sms and when I use the email option, the code shows as incorrect on the app once entered within the 10 seconds

It worked well for a while, and then it dried up I was not getting any messages. I un installed & installed again, worked well for a week then stopped again. I'm struggling, my son has exams so I have to ask other people to send me the time table & all the other messages. What do I do?
