Love the system but the app has been terrible for me. I've installed and uninstalled several times, turned on the location permissions, registered devices, and turned on Bluetooth and labeled them. The app, even when the sensors are synced, the app doesn't pick up the lasers being tripped. Now, after uninstalling and installing the app again, the app won't even stay open long enough to do anything.
Hey Wayne, please reach out to us (online chat, email - info@dashrsystems.com, phone 844-443-2747) and we can certainly get this sorted out for you. The app crashing sounds like an account verification issue (easily fixed) and with the lasers being tripped, we have some tips to make sure it is set-up properly to prevent any of that. Should be quick

Android app doesn't connect the lasers. Works great on Apple devices, but I have had no success getting them to connect on an Android device. Apple laptop works as well except you can't see the text to select a laser when assigning them, just have to blindly click until you land on the right one, but once it works, it works great.
Hey Cody! With Android there is likely something in your settings that needs to be adjusted to allow access to Bluetooth. When we see this it is typically allowing location services with the app (required for Bluetooth). When registering the lasers (Android or Apple) you need to do them one at a time, per the instructions, and give each a number.

Silver lasers do not have a roster queue option. Current set up takes way too long to go through and manually select athletes. There should be a queue option for every drill.
Hey Travis, thanks for the feedback. There are multiple ways to check-in athletes - maybe our RFID system would be ideal for your flow? Please feel free to contact us to discuss. Note that we are working on the queue ability and should have that released in the next couple months.
