About this app

The MyPay mobile app is a payroll application for employees of organisations who use Datacom’s DataPay payroll software to pay their staff.

MyPay provides a range of functions and information to employees that are pay related. It requires the organisation to have enabled Datacom Direct Access and you use the same login details as you would when you login to the Datacom Direct Access portal.

Datacom develops payroll software for Australian and New Zealand organisations. Datacom’s payroll software is cloud based and continually being improved. Every time an organisation logs into Datacom’s system, they access the latest version.

Constantly fails with "Bad request" popup (usually 5-6 stacked atop one another). Can't filter out regional public holidays that don't apply to me. Highly inconsistent back button behaviour. Display of leave balances takes some /weird/ approaches; displaying as "X weeks (Y days)" seems extremely odd, are days not most important? No way to browse old payslips in a list without clicking back back back through weeks/months/years of the things. Really struggling with what they were thinking here.

Inaccurate forecasting of balances, says you have xx hours balance but when you attempt to apply for leave it says you're exceeding your balance. Couldn't withdraw future leave because it says it's already processed. Clumsy to navigate, can't go directly to your payslip, have to get there via notifications. Just poor UX. Time is the greatest luxury, this absorbs it.

Oh dear......do not download this app. I am still checking with my employer whether it is a legit application. In 2024 pay slips show 2019!!!! With random amounts of money.
