I just received the plantwave product I was so excited to use it. Id gone to a showhouse that had these and its so amazing and very relaxing to listen to. I was quickly disappointed when I download the Android app and it was unable to pair. I check the app preferences, switch the Bluetooth on and off to try connecting the product no such luck. It's incredibly disappointing considering I paid $300+! Will be returning it for sure.

I was so excited to receive my PlantWave device today and followed instructions on setting up, but I can't connect my android phone via Bluetooth. I'm really disappointed. It tells me to allow Bluetooth settings to connect and scan or something but only a single permission is available, which is location. Came back here and saw many other android users are having issues too. I might have to return this since I just can't get it to work, but will try again another day.

First, this product is incredible and I love it. Let's get that part out of the way. There many issues with the ap itself, though. Pretty often, the connection will randomly drop and fail to reconnect, even when the plantwave is put into pairing mode. Closing the app, turning off the pantwave, and turning it back on after re-opening the app is the only way to fix it. Sometimes, the app will crash altogether, resulting in the same process being necessary. Battery indicator also doesn't work.
