I've been a patron of Stew's for years. I used to visit the location in Connecticut. So, when they moved to Yonkers, I was excited to see them join my community. The app however it is a disaster. I had to visit customer service several times to check on this app to see why I was unable to see the points I have accumulated over the pass several months. They were fantastic with their assistance, and I was still unable to sign in. It doesn't respond to my email request to change my password.

Update Jan 2024: No improvements in loading times. Unacceptable. Occasionally doesn't even let you log in. Initial review: The loading times needs to be addressed. It's horrible. Takes over 30 seconds just to get to the "Deals" page which held up my checkout process. It's not a connection issue either. I tried it at home with Wi-Fi and it still takes that long to load.

Hasn't been updating purchases properly since being forced to update on 5/7/24! My 5/7/24 purchase never registered any points even though the app was scanned properly at checkout. On 5/17/24, I couldn't even pull up the app at the store as it kept buffering. Service Desk and Head Cashier all told me that they have been experiencing problems with the app all day long today (5/17/24)! I bet that my 5/17/24 purchase won't register properly even though I was instructed to enter my phone number.
