A bad app for a bad product, It seems impossible to have access to the store footage of the camera. It basically works when it wants to, quite randomly. Lots of fluke alerts, and lots of miss too. It doesn't even register me half the time when I am jumping up and down in front of the camera to test it. Stay away from that brand

I have noticed a number of times when I want to rewatch something, and it can not play it.i also notice that the camera does not respond as great as it claimed it would. And I tested it out myself where I notice the camera does not always respond when people are walking by. I am wondering if I should call the company to see if they have something better cause this is driving me nuts.

Does not work like the one I purchased a few years ago. Very unhappy with video quality and performance of camera. I still have my old one and wanted to add more cameras, could not add these to old app and even thought they had good signal would not stay connected.
