Worst experience I ordered a product before 3 weeks and still it wasn't delivered. They provided the tracking number for Ecom express. It was still transit more than 3 weeks in same location. Deodap customer service redirect me to the courier and courier having no idea about the package. Somewhat they lost package. No response from Deodap and I lost money literally. Better to avoid these sites.

They are actually fraud. I ordered 10 items they sent 9 and when complaining about the item is missing they are asking that Unboxing video is necessary, I wish I was aware of it. Thats another thing the item list they have shared in the box has also mentioned that the item is missing, they have actually crossed the item. Frauds! Frauds!Frauds!

Very disappointing experience with the product. I got a product which was defective, I immediately e-mailed about it to their mail id for replacement but till now no response. No one picks up the phone also. Now I am thinking that my money has gone, it would have been better if I had purchased from other online websites, atleast their return and refund policies are much easier and clear. So I would request others to think before placing any order.
