As time goes on, this app gets better. Mobile Deposits are generally simple, too. I do have a couple of suggestions: For BOTH mobile AND desktop, I need an option to CHANGE the SECURITY KEY and SECURITY KEY PHRASE . . . I spelled something wrong and it's been driving me CRAZY!!! Gotta love my OCD! Also, occasionally the IN-APP CAMERA doesn't focus well. I'd like you to PLEASE ADD the OPTION to UPLOAD MY OWN PHOTO from my own camera 📷 Thanks 😄

It is very convinient to be able to check my accts, do transfers, payments, and get information when I need it on the go or at home. For example, today I got a bill saying I was over due on a bill I had paid almost a month ago. I just used the app and saw the check had already come back endorsed and it was posted 10 days before the bill's statement date. I could quickly see the front and back of the check. No waiting for a bank statement to come or to ask for a copy of the check.

Mobile Deposit is not great. The auto capture for the back image is distorted and doesn't work. I had to try multiple times before finally getting a "capture manually" option which worked. Also they require very specific endorsement verbiage which wasn't clearly communicated in the process. It's mentioned in a screen that most users likely are going to skip over.
