I've uninstalled the app 5 times now and re installed it. After verification phone call it goes back to the app and sits in a frozen loading state. After multiple times of this it will eventually let me use the app. After several hours if I try it again the app crashes after I enter my login credentials.

New app process complicated and slow. Frustrated with auto picture and multiple qc checks. Not an improvement at all for me, the user. Takes five minutes that used to take less than one. Major step backward.
