Moved from BT sport and was annoyed at having to log into the platform every time I want to use the app on my Nvidia shield tv - because having an email as a username is tedious when entering on a remote control. I am informed by the support team after repeated attempts to get the information that "At discovery+, we don't have an option to stay logged in to the account" - their words not mine.

Unfortunately, just a terrible app. So many issues. When you watch live TV on a tablet, the pause and fast forward/rewind symbols keep popping up as it someone is touching the screen, every time you click to watch live TV from the TV guide it takes you to a black screen you need to exit out of and then click back into the channel (the screen also flips back and forth from portrait to landscape). Lastly, every single time you log in it tells you to turn on notifications which I don't want to do.

The adds during shows are ridiculous!!! I was not expecting the crazy amount of adds whilst watching one episode of a show when I am PAYING for a service. And if you want to watch a live stream that's already started from the beginning, and then cast it....forget it! The app jumps straight to live. Defeating the point of having the option to watch from the beginning.
