DITP ONE is an original mobile application created by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce of Thailand, for those who wish to conduct international trade. Users are provided with a wide range of government services related to international trade: news and information, consultancy service, online central market, helpdesk, and centre for petitions related to trade disputes. Users can also use this application to apply for DITP’s trade promotion events, monitor the status of their petition resolutions or support tickets, and receive notifications for any update. Problems related to the use of this application can be reported at DITP Call Center 1169.
