Ratings and reviews

The app is great and very convenient to use. However, the major downside is the customer service. The representatives are unresponsive and unhelpful. Messages often go unanswered, and when they do pick up calls, they usually say they’re busy and promise to call back—but they never do. This poor support experience takes away from the overall quality of the app. I hope this is addressed soon.

no complain, though i would want to ask if you guys can make the app work without internet it would be a good upgrade, considering sometimes one is in a remote area where network is down and the payment needs to be done. in future consider that. I'll give a 5 star if you keep your word and when I receive my reward.

You guys are not serious....your technical call problems take too long to be corrected inconviniencing many people...some people use their phone for urgent matters... I'm disappointed in the company actually... I'll advice people to use the common apps at least they have a sense of urgency ...
