The mobile care app for service entry and tour planning in outpatient care.

The practical online care software of the German Medical Computing Center (DMRZ.de) consists of the care software and the myDMRZ.de care app.

With the tour planning of the practical online care software, the planned trips for nursing care are transmitted directly to the nursing app. Thus, the nursing staff on site only has to tick off the services on the smartphone and can supplement additional services if necessary (benefits under § 105 SGB XI and domestic nursing (HKP) according to § 302 SGB V). Caregivers can easily do their tour planning using drag & drop and the trips are sent directly to the smartphones of nursing staff, to take the time-saving tour sequence on the smartphone and to view the contracted care services on site, perform and tick off with a click. In this way, the billing of the services can also be easily tracked in retrospect, and the append function for mobile entry, in conjunction with the working time account, provides a clear overview of the planned and actual times of the employee assignments.

In addition, a tour assistant is integrated, which makes daily planning really easy. Also saving time are the stored contact information for the insured (relatives, doctors, carers, etc.).

Another innovative component of the nursing app and the online nursing software is the document management system. This allows you to simply deposit all nursing documents of the insured person via a smartphone scan (photo function) in a secure copy of the online nursing software. The goal is to make all documents directly available to the nursing management. Attention: The use of the document scan function in the nursing app necessarily requires a smartphone camera with integrated auto-focus.

Nursing documentation will be extended in the near future by follow-up reports and vital signs. Additionally, on request, you can use the simple billing with all payers, which additionally includes carer statistics, fast entry and many more functions.
