DocBee helps you to get an overview of the usage density per customer and the workload of the employees. The interface to MS Outlook makes it possible to automatically take vacation, illness and training-related absences into account.

Mobile performance recording
The deployment report is entered quickly and easily using text modules or free text. The support of the tablet's camera enables uncomplicated image documentation. The customer signs services and times directly on the tablet.
With DocBee, the recording of paper documents is no longer necessary. There is no media break. Recording and transmission errors due to double recording no longer occur. The "decoding" of manuscripts is no longer necessary. This significantly shortens the time between service provision and billing.

invoice
The customer automatically receives the proof of performance by email or fax. The up-to-dateness and precise recording of order data and services reduces inquiries and unnecessary irritation. In this way, DocBee also contributes to greater customer satisfaction.
