Wow first one star review I've ever left, usually I can find something nice to say. Horrible software. I can honestly say, out of every clock in software I've used over the years this one is the worst. Constantly crashing or randomly logging you out. Or repeatedly crashes when you attempt to log in. This is with IOS, android or just attempting to use it directly from a web browser. Don't waste your time or money. There are free clock in apps that work a million times better than this one.

This app performs terribly. Any attempt to call or email your coworker causes an error just by clicking the phone number. You can't go back to the app because the error screen doesn't have a previous page option. The request time off input is terrible on mobile too. When selecting part of a day for time off you have to drag your finger across a tiny red line but only half of the time gets selected. You have to go back and try again but it's very difficult. Tell your job just to get HotSchedules

The UI looks like it was designed by a child. The app only opens when it feels like it (a problem with both the Android and iOS app) and if you make the mistake of switching to desktop view (which,by the way, why is there even an option for IN AN APP) it logs you out until you force quit the app and open it a few times. I really, really wish my job didn't use this app.
