we've used doorloop as a premium member for over a year now. most of the accounting aspects in the app does not work. a page is displayed stating that they are trying to make it mobile friendly. you cannot pay bills, reconcile transactions, create management fees or do transfers. the app tells you to use the desktop version. which defeats thr purpose of thr app. we've been waiting patiently. but 220 bucks a month.....? we're about to switch

won't let me make a payment with card which would cause rent to be late, support is just a bot that sends two messages and ends conversations telling you to contact property manager. can't set auto pay to pay outstanding balance. just a flawed app looking to scam you out of money due to late fees. avoid at any cost if possible.

Works well for collecting rent however we found it cumbersome and not user friendly at all. We had 3 different staff members use the app and dashboard online, but myself and the 3 staff members had trouble with navigation on the dashboard. After each data entry, save, then you are sent back to the beginning to navigate the side menu to continue to enter the same tenants info. Lots of repetitive actions. Gave 3 stars because the support staff were very helpful and did their best to get us going.
