I have been trying to contact in all ways that I could to your company but no response at all (emails, social medias messages, contact numbers) I was charged with SR900 for the reservation I made in Ritz Carlton but the when we arrived they said there is no such app that they recognize. I was charged with such amount, I did not get your service and now none of of your contact info is reachable!!!!!

Beware, just 12h after using this app for the first (and last tim my creditcard was charged with 450 $ fraudulent fees and soon had to be blocked, I dont think this to be a coincidence. Got my money back from the Bank in the end but ended up without a Card 5 days before travelling. This app is the only way to see certain places in KSA, but I suspect data Security is compromised there, so better refrain from using it.

This app is terrible. Very complicated and unfriendly. They charged me for a reservation in Habitas hotel and it says its cancelled. They send messages in Arab and I dont understand the language. Very frustrating.
