The bill I receive in the mail and what is said on the app never match. My account is now in a mess. I'm very disappointed I thought that the electric company would have a more reliable app for their customers to make payments.

I love the app, but would love it even more if I could figure out how to use the features it explains in the tutorial. I have had this app for two years and have tried almost monthly to get finer grain details on usage but can not get anything less than daily. Is that as fine grained as it goes? Can developers or someone ekse please help me?

This app says it's incompatible with phone. Suggests clicking okay for new update, but no updates are showing available. So I'm currently unable to get into my account and pay online through this app. I hope this is a fixable glitch.
