First time to order in this app and it's very disappointing. Ordered and paid thru tabby, received the confirmation but the app didn't update. The next day, I found out that my order had failed because they said that tabby was late to pay them. Then I saw other reviews with the same issue last year. And yet, they still weren't able to fix this issue. They would lose customers for this if these continues. It's a shame because it is a promising app store.

Don't even think about buying anything from the app, its a scam they offer you items in a certain price & when it is been delivered to you it turns out to be fake, copy of the original & when you try to contact the help center they won't even answer your call & emails, even if you try to return back the order from the app, it shows that it collected from you within certain days but no one turns up for it so forget about refund or exchange. This is my personal experiance.

Good collection and prices but it's not worth buying from here since their service is abysmal. I requested an exchange, after the shoe was collected there has been no update on the exchange status for around a month. I got no refund and no exchanged shoe, had to keep following up with useless support teams that promise to call back but never do. In the end I gave up and submitted a chargeback request to my bank. Won't be using this app anymore.
