This application was developed to be used on mobile devices with Android Version 7.0 and above or iOS Version 10.0 and above available on the Play Store and App Store.

How to Register INA Bank Mobile Banking:
Come to the nearest Bank INA branch
Performing self-registration
Self Registration:
1. Download the Bank INA Mobile Banking Application via Google Play or the App Store
2. Search for “INA Mobile Banking/INA Mobile/INA Bank”
3. Download and do the installation until it's finished
4. Open the Bank INA Mobile Banking Application
5. Tick one of the statements agreeing to the "Terms and Conditions" that is displayed. Click the continue button
6. The application will display the "Activation and Registration" page
7. Click the "Registration" menu
8. Enter the registration data as follows:
INA Bank Savings Account Number
Mobile Number
E-mail address
9. Click the Continue button. If the data is valid, the application will display the message "Registration Success"
10. The application will send a Registration Code to the email address and an Activation Code via SMS to the cellphone number.
11. Write down the Registration Code and Activation Code
12. Activate Bank INA's Mobile Banking Application
Bank INA Mobile Banking Activation:
1. Open the INA Bank Mobile Banking Application
2. The application will display the "Activation and Registration" page
3. Click the "Activation" menu
4. Enter the Registration Code and Activation Code
5. If the code is valid, the application will display a User Name creation page
6. Enter the desired User Name
7. User Name consists of a combination of 8 to 12 characters in the form of letters and numbers which become the identity of the Customer
8. If the User Name is valid, the application will display a Password creation page
9. Enter the desired Password
10. Password must consist of a combination of 8 to 10 characters in the form of letters and numbers
11. Enter the same Password confirmation
12. If the Password is valid, the application will display the Mobile PIN creation page
13. Enter the desired Mobile PIN
14. Mobile PIN consists of 6 numbers that will be used for transactions in Mobile Banking
15. Enter the same Mobile PIN confirmation
16. If the Mobile PIN is valid, the application will display the "Activation Success" page
