App works well and the switches are awesome. One thing I cannot figure out is why can I not send a "backlight" command to a plate name instead of a switch? With U3 each switch gets a name and when sending a backlight command it needs me to select a switch name. It can cause a frustrating situation where the app will tell you you are creating a circular error (or whatever it says).

The app takes several tries to sync to the devices. At times you need to fully disconnect and forgot the device you are trying to connect to if you are unsuccessful. App constantly tells you no internet connection when one is there which causes you to close the app and try again. The switches are extremely difficult to install based on their instructions and from what I can tell if they flicker at all once powered on, send it back right away as it will have a lot of trouble connecting to wifi.

The last update somehow screwed up my automations in my house. The front light that used to turn on and off doesn't work anymore. 5/30/24: My 3-way switch still doesn't work although I have contacted support. The ultimate solution is to go to the breaker and turn the switch off if their instructions didn't work. Other smart switches can dim lights and bounce back after internet is up for much less. Frustrating experience.
