i purchased jee anushashan platinum batch . Teacher are good but customer support is very bad Whenever I have a problem, I complain, but it's never resolved. They simply say they don't do anything or respond properly. My streak breaks after every class. If you cannot handle these features then why do you provide them and I accept that there is a tech problem but at least reply.

I am currently studing in Motion and it has been 2 years . I found that entire staff in kota are very bad and misbehaving but motion staff are far beyond that . They are having very high attitude that they think they are paying us, at that time it feels like to become abbusive or slap them tightly. Many students have reported to the hods, but no action has been taken. Taking admission here means becoming the servent of Motion Staff. Nearly all 5 star ratings are either paid or done bymotionstaff

I Purchased the amrit 2.0 batch for jee and I can't find the lectures of physics related to electro dynamics and morden physics and other few topics are also absent So please add that topics lectures which are remaining as soon as possible rest the app is working very well and I will give 5 stars if you solve the problem
