Very bad app, terrible connection, naming is weird, when my son calls me it says he is calling himself... doesn't even work properly, need to fix a lot of things..

I just purchased my toddler the smart life kid tablet 7, this family group app is pre installed and I can't even set up an account because the sign up interface wants me to reset password?So it is impossible to set up an account, I will delete the app and use something else instead

How can I create an account? It's impossible: the interface for signing up is headlined with "reset password" and how do I get the verification Code??? More than frustrating right from the start...sorry!
