I could not have made it this far without the amazing people in this app. In the app there is a chat messaging with real careing people, clips to listen to that explain what to expect and how to handle the nessary things with a list of things that you need to do. They even keep in touch to make sure your doing ok. I HIGHLY recommend this app for anyone facing loss of a loved one.

I didn't use the tools due to losing my dad 11 months ago and had already done all of those steps. However they would have absolutely been helpful at the time. My rating is for the audio. Hearing the things said instead of reading is more personal and what is being said has helped me in so many ways even though I'm still not okay. To sum it up almost like free therapy where it's absolutely needed. From someone who needed this. Thank you.

The pre-recorded messages were stunted and spoken as if the audience, me, were a child. It appears as if the authors of this program could have made a mistake? I, for one, think the recordings should be made speaking normal speed, rhythm, diction and yes, even accent, more normally. If this app really wants to help, intends to help, "Talk to me...NOT at me".
