It's been months & still, I can't pay my bill in the app. Failed to load payment data. Failed request because the app doesn't have my payment info from website, nor can I add it! App is worthless if I can't pay my bill. I've noted this 3 times to customer service in last 3 months.

Awesome application. One thing I personally would love is to be able to watch TV on it also. Other than that no complaints

They are very helpful with any and all problems. I would highly recommend this internet service over "the bigger ones"
