Direct Requests shows the requests that signers have specifically sent to them.
Notary can receive real-time notarization request notifications on their mobile and based on the type of request (Instant or Scheduled), they can accept the requests & start the notarization process from their laptop/computer.

Not able to load pfx certificate. Not going to pay for a certificate also receiving request while fully not on board because now its saying the name on my digital certificate does not match my commission name the full of it. I will only change my review when they fix these issues.
