Was an absolute fan of the app, recommended it to so many people too. But now I feel sorry for them. The customer support which once was the best in the industry is now the worst. For the past 6+ months I have not been able to connect to a support representative in app nor do they reply to emails. If something goes wrong, I have to figure it myself. Everything about the bank is great but customer support can make it break a service. And here it's broken the service.

My experience with Fi Bank's customer service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I reached out multiple times with an urgent issue, but their response time was incredibly slow. Each time, I was either met with vague responses or transferred between representatives who seemed completely disinterested and unprepared to help.

There are lot many glitches to be improved upon. Most of the times the server is down, or there is an app crash or payment failure or some other problem. Customer support also is bad on this app. No easy way to connect to customer care and after addressing the issue , they take 2+ days to respond and 5+ days to resolve the issue.
