- After you’ve purchased, put in your name, birthday, and gender for yourself and all other members in your account

SELECT A VENUE
- Sign into your GetOutPass account on your mobile device

- The offers that venues provide on the pass can be seen in your “Offers” tab

- Offers in the “Today” tab can be immediately used and enjoyed! If an offer is not there, it is likely in the “View All” tab. You can see in the “Details” of the offer when it will be available

- Once you pick an offer you wish to redeem, head to the venue and get ready for fun!

PRESENT PASS
- Have the offer ready on your mobile device as you enter the venue

- Tap “Redeem” on the offer and click off all the names of those members attending

- Tap Redeem and then tap “Yes” as the next page opens to start the redemption timer

- Once you see the red “Venue Accept” button, have the venue accept your offer by presenting your phone to them and having them tap the button

- After that, you’re good to enjoy the offer and have fun!

Ratings and reviews

I thought I bought a one-year pass. I turned out to have paid for a subscription. Didn't know until it renewed. I'm pretty upset. I paid for an extra year of services in a city I can't even travel to. On top of that, we ended up not actually using the passes on our trip. Total waste. I think the experiences we were interested in were removed from the pass before our trip happened. You don't know what you are buying with this pass - the offerings can change at any time

For how much you pay for a pass, the interface is so clunky. It is hard to sort by anything including location. You cannot favorite anything or save it for later for easier access. You can view what is available, but not sort by what will be available on any other date other than "now," which makes it tricky to plan ahead for anything. Id recommend the Connect pass instead.

App Constantly Crashes We like the get out pass, but the app crashes whenever you try to use any of its features. Half the time it crashes even if you just try refreshing. You can't use the filter feature, the calendar feature, and sometimes nothing works at all! We wanted to use our getout pass today but you HAVE to use the app, and the app has a forever loading circle which renders ourtoday the app is useless.
