No issues so far. Most of the time it shows transactions almost instantly. Works well with every phone I've had so far and even on my iPad. Allows me to transfer whenever I need to and even ask questions. Altho out of the 5 times I've asked on the (inquiry option) I've never received a response. The "live chat" isn't live until you go through the automated service first. Other than that no issues 4.7 out of 5 stars.

The interface is awkward, but there is some nice new functionality. There are some issues with mobile deposit being unintentionally disabled for some customers on the backend. So far this feels less like an upgrade from the old app than a lateral move. It's serviceable though, and I suspect that given enough time I will become accustomed to it and maybe even like it. Until then, at least there's nothing glaringly bad or missing.

5/13/2021 Works fine for me. Easy enough to setup (though I don't like having to change my password). Runs just as fast as old app, and I'm on a cheap prepaid Samsung. It's similar to the interface of other banks and credit unions, ... and while not perfect, does what it's advertised to do. 6/25/2021 When trying to make a mobile deposit, it will crop the images and then error referring you to steps to take better pics. Um, I'm not the problem here. (Note, original review truncated for brevity.)
