Ratings and reviews

Useless... Waste of money and not doing what it is supposed to do. 1 star for ability to check train schedule. The system requires different level of checks in order to get to be able to monitor, buy, tickets. I am OK to register all travelers info, I thought that the system was to help me monitor and automatically book tickets once they are available but No! Even after paying for the membership, nothing happens it just says it's monitoring without doing a single query or trial to buy.

Recent updates make it impossible if you do not have a Chinese phone number. cannot login with user name or email. only presents the numeric keypad for login.

When I used the app to search for trains, I was frustrated with the name of the stations in English. I wanted to change the language into Chinese because I can read it and it would be easier to read but I couldn't really change the language and that makes me inconvenient to buy the tickets and check out the details of the tickets.
