This app is very generic! It doesn't even have a setting to elect for "electronic statements", which they now charge $5 per month for paper statements. The FFSL website wants me to "sign up for mobile banking" before I can elect to receive statements via email,.. even though I've been making mobile deposits on the app for five years now! That makes no sense!! And they don't even offer Zelle through the app!

this app sucks for mobile deposit I should be able to just sign my check and deposit it no extra bs i also should nor have to wait 2 days for my money from checks i have been cashing for 6 months or better and never bounced one these are work checks i should receive my money immediately. I'd go to the ATM but it doesn't accept cash or check deposits and its literally attached to the bank. worst bank ever i don't recommend anybody use the im going to switch banks very soon ffsl needs closed

Cannot review this app at this time, it has not functioned in 4 days. Called bank today, they said delete it then re-install. THAT DID'NT WORK. Really disappointed because i used to love this app and used it almost daily for 1 reason or another. Disappointed in the bank as well for their lack of understanding/help.
