Does not properly notify you of when the lead watches a video. Company is obviously unable to fix it as it's been almost a month since I notified them of the problem and it still exists.

Thank you Barry for alerting us to this issue. The SMS App on your phone frequently gets updated. Due to a recent SMS App update, the behavior of sending links to someone changed which caused the premature notifications. We are sorry we could not address this issue within your desired time frame, but we released a fix for this on July 22, 2020.

I have tried to login and so far have been unblable to access the app. I have contacted support and also changed my password but am still unable to access the app or my account.
