I've been a customer with FirstIB since the beginning in 2000. The recent changes to the app and web interface resulted in a minor loss of functionality. Accrued interest since the last statement is no longer available. When scheduling transfers, you can no longer choose for the transfers to stop after a certain number (e.g. monthly until 7 transfers are complete). Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I used those functions.
