This app SUCKS! It did not include all my accounts like the old one. Also, when I tried to set up biometrics, it asked for my username and password again and kept telling me my password was wrong, even though it had accepted that name and password when I signed on. Didn't you test it before converting, or is this all just scrappy design work? Hire a couple of systems analysts next time. You just made things worse for the user.

Easy to use. I read so many negative comments I almost didn't download. I have an Android phone. It gives the option for call or text code notifications. I have 2 accounts and can see both without needing to provide codes. I have 2 level verification and it worked well. Small bank apps are never perfect or as sophisticated as larger banks... but this works fine.

We've been having issues ever since the upset. Can't access our accounts via the login we've had for 15 years, debit cards aren't working, unable to see accounts, zero support, no advance warning of the update. The roll out of this was very poorly executed. another reason we are switching banks.
