This app SUCKS! It did not include all my accounts like the old one. Also, when I tried to set up biometrics, it asked for my username and password again and kept telling me my password was wrong, even though it had accepted that name and password when I signed on. Didn't you test it before converting, or is this all just scrappy design work? Hire a couple of systems analysts next time. You just made things worse for the user.

We've been having issues ever since the upset. Can't access our accounts via the login we've had for 15 years, debit cards aren't working, unable to see accounts, zero support, no advance warning of the update. The roll out of this was very poorly executed. another reason we are switching banks.

meh, it's ok. not sure why they changed to a new app. Every transaction requires a secure authentication code. Which is sent to you by a phone call and an automated message. Why can't it be by text message? I had to receive a phone call for an authentication code to sign in and a phone call for an authentication code to authorize a loan payment. It's a 6 digit code. Which is hard to remember without writing down. So be ready with a pen and paper. Other people might also hear the code.
