mobile app is worse than useless. App's latest update ignores biometric settings, requires two devices to access the security code they send, because if you switch screens to see code, it throws you out and this loops. customer support provides no useful answers, as this appears to be viewed as a feature, not a bug. I wind up using my computer or driving to an atm to access my account.

great banking app that is quick and easy to use. recently the automatic deposit for checks has not been working. it gave both, my dad and I errors, saying to retake a picture of the back of the check. this just started happening recently. other than that it's a great app and service, hope they get this big fixed so I don't have to drive to the bank to deposit my checks hahahaha

Really bad app for me. Trying to use Zelle and changing my information using the app has been a nightmare. Confirmation codes weren't sending at first, and once it finally sent ones that I was able to receive, they didn't work, it gave me an error. Pretty frustrated right now, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. Just shouldn't be this hard. Everything else is pretty smooth.
