The app is a disaster. it is not a smart app. it is even more stupid than the employees in the service offices. I guess it is another way to steal from our pockets and bury our money in a virtual vaccum, so we cannot claim it back. I paid bills with a code generated by the app for fawry because the app failed to take payment. Now they tell me bills not paid and your money is with Fawry. I contacted Fawry and they sent me proof of payment to eec but they still deny.

Using this app feels like applying for a visa to complain. confusing and completely allergic to logic. It's almost as if they really don’t want you to report any problems!"

Nothing really works 😒 It seems that they're trying to prevent the public from actually using it. Or probably it's faked app nothing is programmed there no network api calls are being made just another way of them taking money from government for public service and ripping us off. I really hope that someone reads this and fires. Whoever is in charge of making this application
