I have been using this app for over 3 years and I have booked several flights through this app without any problems. But this year & the last 4 days I've tried to re-set my password so I can book flights for my upcoming vacation but I can't even get a re-set link. With same email address and phone number but still haven't gotten a link..their customer phone number isn't helpful and no one cares. Phone number only works for booking changes or such. What a regret after I spent over 10k dollars

The app doesn't work. I try to sign in and it requires a verification code. I get that from my email and as soon as I go back to the app (even just seconds later) it refresh back to the screen the app opens to..

Very worst app they wont book any flight ticket Its a scam. I tried to book flight ticket through this worst app they deducted the money and saying 4 days it will take to confirm ticket. From that instance i find this is a scam. then i try to reach them through customer care there is nothing. After 2 days i got a mail that ticket is not booked. By God grace i got my refund after 5 days. I think they are rotating the money. Dont use this app same Just fly. who ever put 5 rating are there agent.
