It's a good, fast and easiest way to withdraw and transfer money. But sometimes it causes problems due to network issues or due to unknown and unnecessary errors, the backend team always deserves a big round of applause for the maintenance. And also the team should update biometric verification, there should be option of biometric verification without visiting any branch. Thanks to this, the firstpay application will have more performance.

FirstPay is one of the worst apps I’ve used. I was charged PKR 1,160.00 for a debit card renewal fee, even though my card is valid until August 2028. There was no prior notice or justification for this fee. The app, still in beta, offers minimal features and is riddled with bugs, slow transactions, and poor user experience. Customer service is equally terrible, offering no help in resolving the issue. I demand a refund and would not recommend this unreliable app to anyone.

So before i was using this app because of 2 reasons, first it gave free atm withdrawals and also the card was cheap and valid for 5yrs, but from i think minimum 6 months ago it is charging the atm fees and not showing that it charged us also there is no schedule of charges found anywhere and today they charged me 1,160 rs of annual debit card fee which is mentioned nowhere, all of this is a big scam without any way to do anything, your complaints wont get answered and you’ll be charged endlessly
