This bank bought out my old one, and now I have to use their mobile app, which is completely worthless. It doesn't provide the user with any of their banking information you might need (even though it is username AND password protected) and I keep having to drive all the way to the bank just to deposit checks, because the mobile deposit system has some kind of limit on it, unlike the old one. But alas, this is all I have. Also, the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

The app is pretty basic and fairly easy to navigate. Unfortunately, basic means not many options, leading to limited functions. It would be nice to be able to cancel or request a cancel of a transaction or dispute a withdrawal from the app. Then again, that would result in even less customer service interaction. Overall, it's a decent app.

Hot garbage. If all you want to do, is view the balance of your accounts, yes. It's fantastic. If you have multiple savings accounts, and want to rename them to keep organized, nope. Too complicated for these developers, apparently. Can't activate a replacement card through the app, though it's supposed to be a feature. This institution seems to be a LARGE step backwards for the customers of Blackhawk Bank.
