Well, we used this app to order our lunch at 2 and to our biggest disappointment the food didn't arrive till 8 pm in the evening.Meanwhile, we did contacted multiple times to inquire for the order, the only tiring response we got was to wait for our food. It was our first time using the app and with no surprise it would be the last one as well. Unprofessional and Dissapointing!!! will not recommend anyone to use this app ever again 🤬🤬🤬

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please accept our sincere apology. The order was too rush and the vendor was unable to prepare it on time. We would not repeat it again. Hope you would understand the situation.

Super worst service ever. The ladies who handles the call are the one who created this problem. If anyone reading this review, please please do not use this app for requesting delivery, you have plenty of better options in market. This really ruined me, not recommended at all. Dear Foodgunj, if you are trying to do real business, please train your staffs as they can help your customers in right way. Disappointed with you all, never be Back to you.

Love the feature where you can track the driver in real time. Also love that the drivers are perfectly capable of using the map to get to the destination. There is thus no hassle to provide them the directions over phone.
