Ratings and reviews

The cleaners we have are amazing, however I feel a bit trapped in the customer service now. I've tried to amend the service multiple times through the app and unfortunately it feels like there is noone on the other end. I tried cancelling the bank account it was tied to, but now I just get invoices to my email address. Also, the "members club" claimed to give credits however I haven't been able to use them, so I'm stuck with a service that is more expensive than I can afford. Makes me sad.

Service looks great on paper but be ready to be charged for their own mistakes and incompetence. Their 2.5h delay totally disrupted my moving, driver was hired to help (but didn't, delaying even more) and I was left with the bill for the extra hours. At first they offered 25 pounds in future discount (which just made sure I never wanted to use them again). After a lot of back and forth, they refunded me about half of the amount. CS agent said that I wasn't valuable enough ($ spent). Nice.

Booked a service through the app, nobody arrived at the appointed time and then the customer service blamed me for making "the wrong booking", when all i ve done was click interior painting and book a time slot... Nobody could tell me what exactly i have done wrong but made sure it was clear that it was my fault. On a plus side, they gave me 10 pounds to spend on another one of their services.. Not a very fantastic service unfortunately. Also a part of their fantastic club but didnt really help!
